About Nodot

Who can use Nodot?

Nodot can be used by men and women of all ethnicities. The recommended age to begin using Nodot is 12 years and older, however, our products are effective and safe for all age groups, as well as all skin types. For younger individuals we suggest you start by using the products every other day. If you are unsure, we recommend you consult your GP before using the products.

Will Nodot clog my pores?

No, all Nodot products are non-comedogenic, which means they are formulated to not clog pores.

Does Nodot test on animals?

We do not test any of our formulas or products on animals. Our products have also not being tested on animals on our behalf by any third party.

How should Nodot products be stored?

Storing Nodot products at room temperature is best.

Can I use Nodot products while pregnant?

Our products do not contain ingredients at levels that should cause any concern while trying to get pregnant or during pregnancy. However, some of our products contain ingredients such as essential oils which some women prefer to avoid entirely during pregnancy. If you have any concerns about the products we recommend you to consult with your GP or pharmacist and show them the list of ingredients. The list of the ingredients are available on the product pages on our website.

Is there any SPF in your cream?

No. Our moisturisers do not contain SPF that is why we recommend the use of additional sun protection when spending long period of time outdoors.

Can the Nodot Scar Treatment be used on children?

We would advise applying only a small amount of the product on young children. Nodot Scar Treatment is are free from skin-unfriendly ingredients such as pore-blocking petrochemicals, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colours, sulfate detergents, parabens, animal ingredients, or other potential irritants, which makes our product suitable for children.

If your child has any particular allergies or skin conditions then you should first consult your GP or pharmacist. The Nodot Scar Treatment should not be used on open wounds or any other irritated area.

Allergies and Medical Conditions

Do Nodot products have any side effects?

There are no known side effects, but for more information about the product please read the labels.

Will taking a contraceptive pill affect in any way my breakouts?

Today the hormonal levels contained in many contraceptive pills are low, and some people in the medical field believe contraceptive pills may either slightly help or slightly worsen blemishes. We recommend consulting your doctor to find out if contraceptive pills are right for you.

How can I test for allergic reaction?

All you have to do is apply a small amount of the chosen product to the underside of your neck at the jaw-line or to the back of your neck, for the period of 3 days.

If you are allergic to one or few of the ingredients you may experience itchy, red bumps in the affected area. If this happens discontinue using the product, in case the redness does not go away after you have stopped using the product, we recommend consulting a doctor.

If there is no redness or irritation, most likely you do not have an allergic reaction and you can continue using the products as instructed.

Using Nodot

Why has Nodot suddenly stopped working for me?

Blemish formation has cycles. A blemish can begin in sebaceous hair follicles (pores) 2-3 weeks before it becomes visible on the skin’s surface. Depending on the individual the blemish cycle causing the breakouts may last many years. This is the main reason why some people experience periods of improvement followed by flare-ups, and vice-versa. Breakouts are unlikely to be completely cured, with or without treatment.

It is important to have an effective skin care routine even after blemishes disappear, in order to keep new blemishes from forming.

Can I wear make-up with Nodot?

Yes, you can still wear make-up, but always look for products that are non-comedogenic and oil-free. We recommend using Nodot Concealing Stick under your makeup and remember to always remove make-up before working out.

Do I need to moisturise even if I suffer from breakouts?

It is very important to keep all skin types hydrated for a healthy appearance. The right moisturiser will not increase oiliness or aggravate breakouts. In fact, it can improve the skin’s texture and look. Even oily skin can become dry and flaky on the surface. Nodot Acne Skin Cream has been specifically designed to address dryness, redness, tone, texture, post-blemish marks, oil, and lack of brightness to leave skin supple, hydrated, smooth and even-toned.

Can Nodot products be used on the chest, back and buttocks?

Yes, Nodot Acne Skin Cream and Nodot Skin Cleanser can be used on any blemish-prone area. Not to be used on mucosa.

Will Nodot work if I use the products individually rather than as a system?

The Nodot products have been carefully designed to compliment each other in order to achieve maximum results.

Can I use Nodot with blemish medications?

In general, it should be fine to use Nodot products with blemish medications, but do not use with other topical medications. However, as with all medications, we strongly advise to consult with a doctor.

Is Nodot safe to use while pregnant?

We recommend that you consult your GP before using any medication, topical or oral, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How long does a delivery usually take?

We aim to deliver all items within 3 to 5 working days of you receiving an order confirmation email.

Can I return my Nodot products if I am not satisfied?

We believe in the quality of our products so give you our 30 days money-back guarantee. Try Nodot for 30 days, as explained in the instructions, and if you’re not satisfied with the results you can return the bottles to us.

How much is delivery?

Shipping costs only €4.50. Before submitting your order, you will see the delivery charge in your shopping cart.

Order and Payment Information

When will you debit my account/card?

We only debit your card, when the order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to the delivery address.

How can I be sure my order has been received and is being processed?

When you click “Submit” button, you will be given an order confirmation number and a summary of the order. Within 24 hours you will also receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Please make sure the email address you have included is correct, to ensure the receiving the order confirmation email safely.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

We aim to deliver your orders within 7 days of receiving them, in most cases, orders are dispatched within two days. In case the item you have ordered is out of stock, your order may be delayed. If an item happens to be out of stock, we will contact you and let you know.

Can I place an order and then get it delivered to two different addresses?

At this point, we cannot split an order and deliver it to different addresses.

If I’ve already placed an order on your website, earlier today, would I be able to make changes and add another product to the same order?

Unfortunately, at this point we cannot make changes or additions to orders once they are submitted, due to ensuring the best delivery times to our customers. If you wish to purchase additional products, please visit our website again and place a new order.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices advertised include VAT.
